We were starting to run out of dinner ideas and decided to try something different. After reading many reviews we decided on Hello Fresh. Although it tends to be more expensive than purchasing the items on your own, it is still cheaper and healthier than take-out or restaurants. These types of subscriptions also open you up to new types of a variety of foods.
We went with the Vegetarian plan at 3 meals per week.

This meal was very good and super easy to make. We would make this one again with our own ingredients.
Sweet Potato Fajitas

Easy and pretty quick to make. The longest portion was waiting for the sweet potatoes as they took longer than the instructions stated.
Shawarma Spiced Chickpea Fritters
Our rating: Ok
This one of the week was the most difficult to make. We rated this one as just okay. We would probably swap out when given the option.
